26 Property Right should go to the Society
The ultimate goal of mankind is to establish a World Federal Gover . ment , under which the production , stock and distribution of food , work , cloth , housing and maintenance of children should be administered in a systematic and democratic method of creative life . Thereby the poison of money will be automatically neutralised . When the individual businesses in commodities , education , and are put to an end the minds of people will completely turn towards work and enjoyment of life . There will be no need of thinking of grabbing money from others for one's own survival . Until man is able to plan for this in a democratic system , society has to wait and gradually prepare for the achievement.
Some may say that the production and distribution of commodities can be successful only by a dictatorial government . Man is not made for commodities only ! He has to enjoy more in life ; he needs birth rights and freedom of life . Under a dictatorship man becomes a slave or prisoner . For example , a criminal is sentenced to prison for 3 years . He will get sufficient work and food during the period . Yet there is a fixed day for him to leave the prison . Under a dictatorship there will be work , food and other commodities for all , but there is no date of release ! Such is not the suitable life for man . He should enjoy a full freedom of thought , speech and travel to enrich his knowledge .

26. பொது உடமைகள்உணவு, தொழில், உடை, வீடு, குழந்தை எல்லாம்
உலகப் பொது ஆட்சியின்கீழ் பொதுவாய்ச் செய்து
மணம் கொண்டு தம்பதிகள் ஒழுக்கத்தோடு,
மதி, உடலின் ஆற்றல்களை சமூகத்திற்கு
குணமளிக்கும் வழிகளிலே பயன்படுத்தி,
கொடிய நோய்கள் வறுமை இவையொழித்து,
பணம் என்ற நச்சை முறித்தென்றும் எங்கும்,
பாசபந்தம் அற்ற சமுதாயம் காண்போம்.
உணவு, தொழில், ஆடைகள் - இவைகள் உலக மக்கள் யாவருக்கும்
சரியாகத் தேவைக்குத் தக்கபடி கிடைக்கும்படியான
திட்டத்தின்கீழ், உலகப் பொது நிர்வாகப் பொறுப்பினை
வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் பேதமற்று, சம அந்தஸ்துடன்'
குழந்தைகள் வளர நல்ல எதிர்காலப் பிரஜைகளாக எல்லாக் குழந்தைகளையும் வளர்க்கும் பொறுப்பையும் உலகப் பொது ஆட்சியே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்
1) ஆண் பெண் வாழ்க்கை ஒப்பந்தம் என்னும் முறைப்படி
திருமணம் புரிந்து கொண்டு தம்பதிகளாக வாழவும்,
2) மனிதர்கள், தங்கள் உடல் சக்தி அறிவின் ஆற்றல் என்ற இவைகளைச் சமுதாய நன்மைக்காகவே பயன்படுத்தவும்,
3) மனிதனுக்கு அதிக துன்பத்தைக் கொடுக்கக்கூடிய நோய்கள் வறுமை என்ற இவை இரண்டையும் ஒழிக்கவும்,
4) பணம் என்ற செயற்கை நச்சை முறிக்கவும்,
5) என்றைக்கும், எங்கும் பாசம், பந்தம் என்னும் அறிவின் மயக்க
மற்று மனிதர்கள் வாழவும் தகுந்தீ ஒரு புது சமுதாயத்தை உருவாக்குவோம்.
உலகில் பிறந்துவிட்ட மனிதன் வாழ்வதற்கு உணவு. ஆடைகள்
வீடு என்பன அவசியமான தேவையாகும். இவைகளைப் பொது கூட்டுறவு நிர்வாகத்தின் கீழ் கொண்டு வந்தால்தான், எல்லோருக்கும் இவைகள் சமமாகக் கிடைக்கும். இவைகளை உற்பத்தி செய்யப் பலவிதமான தொழிற்சாலைகள் தேவை. விநியோகப் பொறுப்பைக் கூட்டுறவுக் கழகம் ஏற்பதால், உற்பத்திப் பொறுப்பையும்
அதுவே மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்
சுலபமாகப் பண்டங்களை மாற்றிக் கொள்வதற்காக ஏற்படுத்திய
பணம், இன்று உலக மக்கள் லாழ்வில் எல்லாத் துறைகளிலும்
இன்னலே தருகிறது. ஆதலால் அதை நச்சுக்கு ஒப்பாகக் கருதி, உலக மக்களுடைய நினைவிலிருந்து ஒழித்துவிட வேண்டுமென்று இங்குக்
குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது.

If the problems of mankind are to be reduced , many environmental conditions should be changed by proper planning . This can be done only by joint efforts throughout the society . Problems are sprouting from poverty of knowledge , money , immoral behaviour family problems and other environmental conditions . By a world - wide administrative set - up to avoid wastage of energy and health and create an environment only for a creative life , a great thing can be done . The sufferers alone cannot get out of all their problems them selves . The leaders of human society should jointly take proper steps.
Initially the monetary system was introduced into society for convenient exchange of commodities . Now the mental trend of people has completely changed . All the efforts of men are dedicated only to get more money , rather than to making the natural resources into commodities needed for living , by physical labour or intellect . In the world - wide reform the degree of poison in money should be reduced or neutralised . In this age of advanced banking systems , using personal checks and computerisation for all exchange will give much relief from the tension now associated with money matters .

25. மாற்றவேண்டிய சூழ்நிலைகள்'
தொல்லையற்று வாழவென்றால் மனிதனுக்கு
சூழ்நிலைகளில் பலது மாற வேண்டும் .
அல்லல் தரும் பணம் , உற்றார் , சந்தர்ப்பங்கள்
அறிவு எனும் இவை நாலும் அனைவருக்கும்
நல்ல முறையில் அமைக்க மனிதர் சக்தி
நட்புறவாய் ஒன்றுபட்டால் முடித்தேபோகும் .
மெல்லமெல்ல பணம் என்ற நச்சை முன்னே
முறிந்து விட்டால் , சிக்கல் பல தீர்த்தே போகும் .
மனித இனம் தொல்லையில்லாமல் வாழ வேண்டுமானால் , இன்று உலகில் உள்ள சூழ்நிலைகளில் பலவற்றை மாற்றியமைக்க வேண்டும் .
செல்லம் , உற்றார் என்ற இந்த இரண்டு வகைகளும் இல்லாமலே செய்து கொள்ளலாம் . இன்று மனிதர் வாழ்வில் குறுக்கிடும் பல சந்தர்ப்பங்களையும் மாற்றி அமைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம் .

25. மாற்றவேண்டிய சூழ்நிலைகள்'
தொல்லையற்று வாழவென்றால் மனிதனுக்கு
சூழ்நிலைகளில் பலது மாற வேண்டும் .

Environments Play a Great Role in Man 's Life
we should always keep in mind that according to the providence of nature , man can enjoy his life to a certain extent . He cannot enjoy life always as he wishes . Success has to come from many sources and from many angles , because man is encompassed by several environmental conditions . For his every wish there are four dimentions . They are: judgement of need , quantity , quality and time . All the four cannot be fulfilled in every wish . There are more possibilities for obstruction , delay and failure than success , due to the environmental conditions . Health , mind , financial facilities . relatives , society , the world and the universe all have to be congenial to the success of his wish . So , out of will or contrary to expectatioris , many things may happen . Knowing all these facts we should be keeping our minds expanded and fiexible to accopt all the results which are coming to us beyond our knowledge ard wishes . The circumstances mentioned above will always be changing . Therefore we should not be rigid in our wishes with strorg mental conditioning In fact , man is moved by circumstances but until he realises the strength of the circumstances , he thinks he is moving only by his will. It is imagination due to his forgetfulness of the power of Nature.

Natural and Artificial Chemical Changes in the Human Body
Previously it was explained that our physical bodies get chemical changes in six ways . Among them , changes due to heredity and planetary influences are natural and are beyond our will . The other four , le food , thought , deeds , accidents or environmental occurrances are managed by our will if we understand the science of life . Thereby . we can also resist the bad effects of heredity and planetary influences to agreat extent . Hereditary imprints will show up in due course of bodily growth . For example , a tree is ingrained in a seed , but in the process or growth tirst in sprouts , then the stem comes , then the branch , flower and fruit - all are coming out one after the other in time . Similarly all the hereditary imprints of physical and mental characteristics will become apparent one after other in the course of time . By proper exercises , medication and meditation we can super - impose or expiate many of the hereditary imprints . By follow ing a good pattern of livingwe can increase the immunity level and avoid the i - effects of the planetary influences to a certain extent , if not completely .

24 . சூழ்நிலைகள்
ஒன்றறிவோம் , தேகசுகம் , அறிவு , செல்வம் ,
உற்றார் , ஊர் , உலகம் , அண்டம் , சந்தர்ப்பங்கள்
என்றவைகள் பொருந்துவதற் கேற்றவாறு
எவருக்கும் வாழ்வில் இன்ப துன்பங்காணும்,
அன்றன்று அவ்வப்போது இவைகள் மாறும் ,
அறிவோம் இவ்வமைப்பே சூழ்நிலைகள் என்று .
ஒன்றை ஒன்றும் இவைமோதும் நிர்ப்பந்தத்தால்
உயிரினத்தைச் செயல்படுத்தும் உண்மை காண்போம் .
( 1 ) சரீர ஆரோக்கியம் , ( 2 ) அறிவின் நிலை . ( 3 ) செல்வம் . ( 4 ) உற்றார் . ( 5 ) ஊர் ( 6 ) உலகம் , ( 7 ) பூமி முதலான கோள்களின் சார நிலைகள் ( 8 ) சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் என்னும் எட்டு வகையான சூழ் நிலைகளும் பொருத்துவதற்கேற்றவாறு . ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் வாழ்வில் இன்பமோ துன்பமோ தோன்றுகிறது .
இந்தச் சூழ்நிலைகள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் அவ்வப் போது மாறிக் கொண்டே இருக்கும் . இவைகளில் ஒன்றை ஒன்றும் , ஒன்றை பலதும் , பலது ஒன்றையும் , பலதும் பலதையும் தாக்கிச் சாதக பாதகம் எப்போதும் விளைவிப்பனவாய் அமைந்திருக்கின்றன .
இத்தகைய சூழ்நிலையின் நிர்ப்பந்தங்களுக்குக் கட்டுப்பட்டே உயிரினங்கள் செயலாற்றவும் வேண்டியிருக்கின்றன .
உதாரணம் : அறிவின் விருப்பம் கடற்கரைக்குப் போகலாம் என்றிருக்கிறது . குடும்பத்தில் ஒருவருக்கு வியாதியின் காரணமாகவோ ( உற்றார் சூழ்நிலை ) , செலவுக்குப் பணமில்லாமலோ , ( செல்வச் சூழ்நிலை ) மழையினாலோ ( அண்ட சூழ்நிலை ) , விரும்பியபடி கடற்கரைக்குப் போக முடியாது போகிறது .
இப்போது திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ளக் கூடாது என்று ஒருவன் அறிவு முடிவு கூறுகிறது . குடும்பத்தைப் பாதுகாத்துக் கொள்ள ஆள் இல்லாமலோ , தாயாரின் உடல் நலக் குறைவாலோ , பெண் வீட்டுக்காரர் தொந்தரவாலோ , அவன் திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டியதாக இருக்கிறது .
ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் பெரும்பாலும் இத்தகைய சூழ்நிலைகளின் நாப்பந்தங்களுக்குட்பட்டுச் செயலாற்றி வாழ்கிறான் .
அறிஞர்கள் மட்டிலும் விழிப்புடன் இத்தகைய சூழ்நிலைகளைப் பெரிய அளவில் சமாளித்து , கூடுமானவரையில் கொள்கைக்கேற்ற படி அச்சூழ்நிலையை மாற்றியமைத்தும் கூட வாழ்கிறார்கள் .

23 . உடலில் இயற்கை செயற்கை ரசாயன மாற்றங்கள்
மனிதர்களின் உடலில் உள ரசாயனங்கள்
மாறிக் கொண்டே இருக்கும் இருவிதத்தில் .
தனியமைப்புக் கருவான நாத விந்தில்
தரம் மாறும் , அண்ட கோடி சஞ்சாரத்தால் ,
எனில் இவையே இயற்கை ரசாயன மாற்றம் ஆம் .
இயக்குவதால் உடலை , கொள்ளும் ஆகாரத்தால் ,
இனி அந்த உடலில் எழுகிற எண்ணத்தால் ,
ஏற்படும் மாற்றம் செயற்கை எனும் மாற்றாகும் .
மனிதர்கள் உடலில் உள்ள ரசாயன அமைப்பில் மாறுதல்கள் இயற்கை - செயற்கை என இரு விதங்கள் ஆகும்.
நாதவிந்து கூட்டமைப்பாலும் , ஆகாயத்தில் சஞ்சரிக்கும் பல அண்டங்கள் ஒன்றை ஒன்று ஒலி , ஒளி ஈர்ப்பு என்னும் வகையில் , கவர்ந்தும் தாக்கியும் பிரதிபலித்தும் கொள்ளும் இயக்கத்தாலும் ஒவ்வொரு உடலுக்கும் ஏற்படும் ரசாயன மாற்றங்கள் இயற்கை மாற்றம் ஆகும் .
ஆகாரம் , மருந்து , முதலியன உண்பதாலும் உடற்கருவிகளை இயக்கித் தொழிலாற்றுவதாலும் பலவிதமான எண்ணங்கள் , ஆராய்ச்சிகள் நடத்துவதாலும் ஏற்படும் - விளையும் மாற்றங்கள் செயற்கை ரசாயனங்கள் எனப்படும் .

All the effects of the six factors described in the previous poem ultimately determine changes in body chemistry. This results in noticeable changes in digestion of food,changes in the feelings （pain,pleasure,peace and ecstasy),attraction.and repulsion of friendship, and finally the change in radiation and vibration of the body will effect respect or neglect by the other people and society. We can find all these facts if we keenly observe our own lives.

குடலதனில் ஆகார சீரணத்தில்,
குறிப்பிட்ட மாறுதல்கள். அறிவின் போக்கில்
இடம் பெருகல் குறைதலோடு சீவவசியத்
திறன் மாறல் அதன் விளைவாய் சமூகவாழ்வில்
கொடல் வாங்கல் அனுபவித்தல் இவற்றில் காணும்
கூர்ந்துணரத் தக்க பல நிகழ்ச்சிகள் ஆம்.
உடலில் ஏற்படும், கூடும், குறையும், ரசாயன மாற்றங்களுக்
கேற்றவாறு சுவாசம், இரத்த ஓட்டம், உணவு சீரணம் இவற்றிலும்
மாறுதல்கள் உண்டாகும்.
மேலும் அறிவிலும், உற்சாகத்திலும், சீவவசியத்திறனிலும்
(பலர் விருப்பு வெறுப்புக்கு உட்படல்) கூடுதல் குறைதல் ஏற்படும்.
அதன் விளைவாக சமூக வாழ்வில் கொடுக்கல், வாங்கல், அனுப
வித்தல் என்ற இம் முறைகளிலும் அவ்வப்போது பலவித மாறுதல்
களும் உண்டாகின்றன.
