குறள் 75: 

அன்புற்று அமர்ந்த வழக்கென்ப வையகத்து 
இன்புற்றார் எய்தும் சிறப்பு.

கலைஞர் மு.கருணாநிதி உரை: 

உலகில் இன்புற்று வாழ்கின்றவர்க்கு வாய்க்கும் சிறப்பு, அவர் அன்புள்ளம் கொண்டவராக விளங்குவதன் பயனே என்று கூறலாம்.

மு.வரதராசனார் உரை:

உலகத்தில் இன்பம் உற்று வாழ்கின்றவர் அடையும் சிறப்பு, அன்பு உடையவராகிப் பொருந்தி வாழும் வாழ்கையின் பயன் என்று கூறுவர்.

ஒருவர் தன்னைப்பற்றி ஆராய்ந்து தன்னகத்தே இருக்கும் குறைகளை ஆய்ந்து தெளியும் போது மட்டுமே வினைப்பயன் தீரும்.

பிறரைப் பற்றி ஆராய்வதனால் ஒருபோதும் ஒருவருக்கு மேன்மை கிட்டாது.

எவ்வளவோ பெரியவர்கள், சித்தர்கள், மகான்கள், எவ்வளவோ விஷயங்களை எடுத்து உரைத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

அதில் எல்லாம் *நான் யார்?* என்கிற தத்துவமும், இறையுணர்வு மற்றும் அறநெறி எனும் சிந்தனையும் அதிகம் மேலோங்கி இருக்கும். அதற்குக் காரணம் ஒருவர் தன்னை அறியவும், உணரவும், முற்பட்டால் மனிதனின் மனதில் அன்பு சுரக்கும். அந்த அன்பு மட்டுமே பிறரிடத்திலும் காண்பிக்கும் போது அது தனக்கும் பிறருக்கும் மட்டும் அல்ல.. அது அனைத்து இடங்களிலும் ஊடுருவி பிரதிபலித்துக் கொண்டே இருக்கும்.
அன்பு மேலோங்கும். அறநெறியில் வாழ்க்கை கடைபிடிப்பர்.

அன்பானது தன்பால் அனைத்தையும் ஈர்க்கும்.

அன்பால் கல்லான மனதைக் கூட கரைக்க முடியும். அன்புக்கு அவ்வளவு வல்லமை உண்டு.

மன்னிக்கும் மனம் அன்புள்ள இடத்திலே மட்டும் இருக்கும்.

அன்பும் அறனும் உலகில் அனைவரிடமும் இயல்பில் உள்ளது.. அந்த அலைநீளத்திற்கு  சென்றால் அனைத்தும் நிலையாக இருப்பதை உணர முடியும்.

Love will attract everything.

The love also could break the mind of the stone.  Love is so powerful.

The forgiveness will be only in a loving place.

Love and charity are in the nature of all in the world .. If you go to that wavelength, you can feel that everything is stable.

When someone is in good condition and when it is low, it is impossible to say that the quality of one's personality can be improved.

Nowadays, the media, the Internet, are using good and / or for other things to publish. It is good if you think that it will benefit you and others.

* Appreciation * is very important for humans.

God gives us all the food, the clothes, the living house, the relationships that you live in. It is insufficient to protect. Thank you for everything you get.

How many people are grateful for food (such as fowl, rice, lentils, etc.) from a cooker (whether it's wife, mother, or other person)?

Thank you ...
Giving, cultivating and giving parents their duty properly and providing security.

How many people are grateful to save their parents during the elderly period when their children grow up?

குறள் 102:
காலத்தி னாற்செய்த நன்றி சிறிதெனினும்
ஞாலத்தின் மாணப் பெரிது.

விளக்கம் 1:
உற்ற காலத்தில் ஒருவன் செய்த உதவி சிறிதளவாக இருந்தாலும், அதன் தன்மையை அறிந்தால் உலகைவிட மிகப் பெரிதாகும்.

விளக்கம் 2:
நமக்கு நெருக்கடியான நேரத்தில் ஒருவர் செய்த உதவி, அளவில் சிறியது என்றாலும், உதவிய நேரத்தை எண்ண அது இந்தப் பூமியை விட மிகப் பெரியதாகும்.

ஒருவர்  நல்ல நிலையில் இருக்கும் போது போற்றுவதும், தாழ்ந்த நிலையில் இருக்கும்  போது தூற்றுவதும், ஒருவரின் நற்பண்புகளை மேம்படுத்தும் பண்பு என்று கூற இயலாது.

தற்காலத்தில்  ஊடகங்கள், இணையம், வாயிலாக  நல்ல/ மற்றும் பிற விஷயங்களையும் வெளியிடப் பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர். அது தனக்கும்,  பிறருக்கு நலம் விளைவிக்குமா என்று சிந்தித்து வெளியிட்டால் நல்லது.

*நன்றியுணர்வு* மனிதருக்கு மிகவும் முக்கியம்.

வாழ்நாளில் உண்ணும் உணவு, உடுத்தும் உடை, இருக்கும் வீடு, உறவுகள் என்று அனைத்தையும் இறைவன் பாரபட்சம் பார்க்காமல் கொடுக்கிறார். அதை பேணிக் காப்பது அறிவுடைமை. கிடைத்த அனைத்திற்கும் நன்றி கூறுவது சிறப்பு.

உணவு (பஞ்ச பூதங்கள், அரிசி, பருப்பு, காய்கனி முதலிய அனைத்துமே)  உற்பத்தி செய்பவரிலிருந்து சமைத்துக் கொடுக்கும் நபர் வரை ( அது மனைவியோ, தாயோ, அல்லது வேறு நபரோ) நன்றியை எத்தனை பேர் கூறுகின்றனர்?

நன்றியுணர்வு ...
பெற்று,   வளர்த்து ஆளாக்கி பெற்றோர்கள் ஒழுங்காக அவர்களது கடமையை  செய்கிறார்கள், பாதுகாப்பையும் அளிக்கிறார்கள்.

பிள்ளைகள் வளர்ந்தபின்  வயதான காலத்தில் பெற்றோரை காப்பாற்ற, நன்றியுணர்வை எத்தனை பேர் செலுத்துகின்றனர்?

அனைத்து உயிரும் இறைவனால் வந்தது. அதை நன்றி செலுத்தி தனது கடமையை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்.

எந்த உதவி யாரிடம் பெற்றாலும் அதற்கு நன்றிக் கடன் படுகிறவர் உரிய நேரம் வரும் போது அந்த நன்றியை காட்டத் தவறக் கூடாது.

அதே போல் மன்னிப்பு ஒருவர் மனம் திருந்திக் கேட்டால் அவருக்கு மறு வாய்ப்பளிக்கவும் மறுக்கக் கூடாது.

மன்னிப்பும் மறப்பதும் மட்டுமே உறவுகளை தக்க வைக்கும். ஒற்றுமையை காக்க முடியும்.

"எந்த ஒன்று அறிந்திடில் இறைவன் முதல் உயிர் வரை எல்லாவற்றையும் உணர்த்துமோ அதுவே காந்தமாம்."
- அருட்தந்தை வேதாத்திரி மகரிஷி அவர்கள்.

இனிமையான உறவுகளை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது ஒருவரின் கருமையப் புண்ணிய பலனால் மட்டுமே.

ஒரு சிலரை பார்த்தால் அவரிடம் பேச வேண்டும் என்று தோன்றும். ஒரு சிலரிடம் பேச வேண்டுமா என்று தோன்றும். இதற்கும் ஈர்ப்பு விதியே காரணம். காந்த ஆற்றல் ஒத்த பண்புடையவர்களை ஈர்க்கும்.

சூரியகாந்திப் பூ சூரியன்  வரும் திசைக்கேற்றவாறு ஈர்க்கப்பட்டுத் திரும்பும்.

உறவுகள்  வேண்டாம், எதுவும் வேண்டாம்  என்று நினைப்பவர்களிடம்,   *வேண்டாம்* என்கிற அலை அவர்களிடமும், பிறரிடமும், பிரபஞ்சத்திலும் மோதி மோதி பிரதிபலிக்க ஆரம்பித்து விடும்.

விலக்கும் ஆற்றல் விலகிச் செல்பவர்களை ஈர்த்துக் கொள்ளும். காந்தம் ஈர்க்கும் ஆற்றலும், விலக்கும் ஆற்றலும் கொண்டது. ஆனால் ஒத்த எண்ணம் உடையவர்களை ஈர்க்கும்.

ஒரு எண்ணம் தான் என்று நினைத்தால் அது எவ்வளவு வேலை செய்கிறது என்பது புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

காந்த அலையியக்கம் புரிந்தால் அனைவரும் நேர்மறைகளை மட்டுமே ஈர்க்க ஆரம்பிப்பார்கள். ஒற்றுமையே வலிமை என்பதை புரிந்து கொள்வார்கள்.

நேர்மறை எண்ணங்களை ஈர்த்து வாழ்க்கையில் மேன்மை அடைந்து மனதில் நற்சிந்தனைகளை வலம் வர விட்டால் பிரபஞ்சத்திலும் அந்த நேர்மறை எண்ணங்கள் மோதி பிரதிபலிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு அதிகம்..

ஒரே எண்ணம், ஒற்றுமையான எண்ணம், ஒன்று சேர சேர வான்காந்தத்திலிருந்து அனைவருக்கும்  ஒரு பிணைப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும். அதுவே  தீர்க்கமாகும். உலக அமைதியும் விரைவில் வந்துவிடும்.

Why should one support nature or why it should be in harmony with friendship? Nature is the rule. That's the effect.

He who sows the vine  will reap.
He who sows the seed will cut it.

Natural is everything. Nature is the environment we live in, from the dust and the man to all ... the magnetic waves coming from it .... consequences ....

Everything is happened and designed  by the actions of one person, the life, the mind, the nature, the nature of everything ...

By man's knowledge, it transforms the nature and transfers it (creates the standard of its quality without altering quality from its quality).

People who think of creative will never want to reduce their quality.

ஊழிற் பெருவலி யாவுள மற்றொன்று
சூழினுந் தான்முந் துறும்.

விளக்கம் 1:
ஊழை விட மிக்க வலிமையுள்ளவை வேறு எவை உள்ளன, ஊழை விலக்கும் பொருட்டு மற்றோரு வழியை ஆராய்ந்தாலும் அங்கும் தானே முன் வந்து நிற்கும்.

விளக்கம் 2:
விதியை வெல்ல வேறொரு வழியை எண்ணி நாம் செயற்பட்டாலும், அந்த வழியிலேயோ வேறு ஒரு வழியிலேயோ அது நம்முன் வந்து நிற்கும்‌; ஆகவே விதியை விட வேறு எவை வலிமையானவை?.

English Couplet 380:

இயற்கையை ஒருவர் ஏன் ஆதரிக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது அதனுடன் நல்லிணக்கத்துடன், நட்புடன் ஏன் இருக்க வேண்டும்?? இயற்கை தான் விதி.. அதுவே செயல்விளைவு.

*வி* னை விதைத்தவன் வினை அறுப்பான்.
*தி* னை விதைத்தவன்  தினை அறுப்பான்.

இயற்கையே அனைத்துமாக இருக்கிறது.  இயற்கை என்பது நாம் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் சூழ்நிலை, தூயவெளி முதல் மனிதன் வரை அனைத்துமே..... அதிலிருந்து வரும் காந்த அலைகள்.... விளைவுகள்....

ஒருவரின் உடல், உயிர், மனம், மட்டும் அல்ல, இயற்கை ஒவ்வொன்றையும் இப்படித்தான்.... என்று வடிவமைத்து, தீர்மானித்து அனைத்தையும் ஒருவரின் செயல்களுக்கேற்ப விளைவைத் தருகிறது.

மனிதன் அறிவால்,  இயற்கையை உருமாற்றி, தரமாற்றி (தரத்தை அதன் தரத்தில் இருந்து மாற்றாமல்  அதன் தரத்தை அவ்வாறே இயல்பாகக் கொடுப்பது) ஆக்கப்பூர்வமாக அதை பயன்படுத்தினர்.

ஆக்கவழியில் சிந்திக்கும் மனிதர்கள் ஒரு போதும் தனது தரத்தை குறைத்துக் கொள்ள விரும்புவதில்லை. 

இன்றைய காலத்தில் அறிவை பலபேர் ஆக்க வழியில் தான் செயல்படுத்தி, முன்னேற்றம் கண்டு, அதை பிறரும் பயன்படுத்தும் வண்ணம் சேவை செய்தும் வருகிறார்கள்.

இயற்கையின் ஆற்றலால் இயற்கை வழியை பின்பற்றினால் ஒருவரின் குணநலன், பண்புநலன், காக்கப்படும்.

இயற்கையை மதித்து வாழ்ந்தால் மட்டுமே அனைவருக்கும் இயற்கை ஒத்தும் உதவியுமாக இருக்கும்.

பூமிக்கு அருகே வரும் கோள்களின் கதிர் அலைகள் ஒருவரின் எண்ணத்திற்கேற்ப ஒவ்வொரு ரசாயனத்தன்மையை உருவாக்கி விளைவை உணர வைக்கிறது. 

அதை மனிதன் உணர்ந்து அதன் காந்தத் தன்மையை புரிந்து, அதன் ஆற்றலை நட்புணர்வுடன் ஈர்க்கும் பொழுது அதன் தாக்கம் ஒருவருக்கு சாதகமாகவே இருக்கும்.

இயற்கையை மதித்தாலே போதும். அதன் நட்புறவு ஒருவருக்கு இயல்பாகக் கிடைக்கும்.

குறள் 782: 

நிறைநீர நீரவர் கேண்மை பிறைமதிப் 
பின்னீர பேதையார் நட்பு.

மு.வரதராசனார் உரை: 
அறிவுடையவரின் நட்பு பிறை நிறைந்து வருதல் போன்ற தன்மையுடையது, அறிவில்லாதவரின் நட்பு முழுமதி தேய்ந்து பின் செல்லுதல் போன்ற தன்மையுடையன.

சாலமன் பாப்பையா உரை: 

பிறை, நாளும் வளர்வதுபோல, அறிவுடையார் நட்பு வளரும்; முழு நிலவு தேய்வது போலப் பேதைகளின் நட்பு தேயும்.

தனக்குக் கிடைக்கும் நட்பினை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது கூட ஒருவரது கருமையம் தான்.

ஒருவரின் உயர்நட்பு கிடைப்பதற்குக் கூட ஒரு புண்ணியம் வேண்டும்.

நட்பு என்பது நண்பர்கள் வழியில் தான் கிடைப்பது  என்பது இல்லை. பெற்றோரிடம், உறவினர்களிடம் கூட கிடைப்பது உண்டு.

ஒருவர் எதை நினைக்கிறாரோ அதுவாகவே ஆகிறார் என்பது ஒருவரின் எண்ணம் பொறுத்தது.

எந்த எண்ணம் எதைத் தேடுகிறதோ அதுவே கிடைக்கப் பெறுவார்கள்.

நல்ல சிந்தனை, பிறர் நலனில் அக்கறை, மக்கள் நலனில் அக்கறை, இது போன்று தன்னலம் கருதாது பிறர் நலனில் அக்கறை உள்ளோர்கள் தொண்டு புரிவதற்கு ஏற்ற சூழ்நிலையை தானே உருவாக்கி செயல்படுவர்.

வாய்ப்பு என்பது ஒருவர் தானாகவும் தேடி வரும். சுயமாகவும் ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்ளவும் முடியும். ஆனால் ஒரு நல்வாய்ப்பை சிலருக்கு சூழ்நிலையே.. ஏற்படுத்தித் தரும்.  அதை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்வது ஒருவரின் அறிவுடைமை ஆகும். நல்வாய்ப்பு என்பது நல்ல அறிவுடையவர்களின் நட்பு மேன்மைக்கு வித்திடும்.

கல்வியறிவு எவ்வளவு அறிவை பெருக்குகிறதோ அவ்வளவு பண்பு பெருக வேண்டும். பிறருடன் நட்பு செய்யும் போது நல்ல நட்பா.. என்று ஆராய்ந்து   நட்புறவு கொள்வது நல்ல பாதைக்கு வழி வகுக்கும். 

நேர்மறை சிந்தனை உடையவர்களின் நட்பு முன்னேற்றத்தைக் கொடுக்கும். நட்பை ஆராய்ந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும்.

782 :

The water is full of the honeycomb

Description 1:
The intellectual's friendship is like the filling of the crescent, and the friendship of the ignorant is like the fullness of the mind.

Description 2:
As the crescent, as the day progresses, the intellectual friendship develops; The friendship of the beats like the whole moon wander.

English Couplet 782:
Friendship with men fulfilled of good waxes like the crescent moon; 
Friendship with men of foolish mood, Like the full orb, waneth soon.

Couplet Explanation:
The friendship of the waxes like the new moon; (but) that of fools wanes like the full moon.

Choosing the nature of his own is also the one's dream.

There is a great way to get someone's high quality.

Friendship is not just about getting in the way of friends. Parents are also available to relatives.

One's opinion depends on what one thinks.

Any idea what they're looking for will get it.

Good thinking, concern for the well-being of the people, the interest in the people's welfare, the self-consciousness of the minds of others and the creation of the environment in which people are concerned.

The possibility is that someone will be looking for it automatically. Can be self and self. But for some people the situation is a situation. It is the intelligence of one's use. Good fortune can result in the goodwill of good intellectuals.

As literacy increases knowledge, the quality must be multiplied. When you are friendly with others, good friendships can be a good way to explore friendships.

The friendship of the positive minded people will improve. You need to explore and select friendship.

அருட்காப்பு விளக்கம் :

“அருட்பேராற்றல் இரவும் பகலும், எல்லா நேரங்களிலும், எல்லா இடங்களிலும், எல்லா தொழில்களிலும், உறுதுணையாகவும், பாதுகாப்பாகவும், வழி நடத்துவதாகவும் அமையுமாக” என்பது அருட்காப்பு ஆகும்.

அருட்பேராற்றல் எங்கும் நிறைந்திருந்தாலும், அது தேங்கியும், அந்த இடத்தை விட்டு விலகாமலும் இருக்க, அத்தூய காந்த ஆற்றல் பாதுகாப்பு வளையமாக அமையட்டும் என்று எண்ணத்தால் அருட்காப்பு  கொடுத்துப் பயன்களை அடைவது பலர் அனுபவத்தில் கண்டு கையாளும் வழக்கம் ஆகும்.

எந்த நோக்கத்தோடு காப்பு கொடுக்கிறார்களோ அதற்கேற்ப பயன் விளையும். எடுத்த காரியத்தில் முயற்சியையும், வெற்றியையும் அது கூட்டுவிக்கும். இதனால் உயிராற்றலின் செலவு தடுக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆற்றல் பெருகி கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. முடிக்கவேண்டிய செயல்கள் தடையின்றி நிறைவேறுகின்றன.

இரவில் தூங்கச் செல்லும் போது அருட்காப்பு தன்னைச் சுற்றிலும், தனது வீட்டை சுற்றிலும் இட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம். தூக்கத்தின்போது தனக்கோ, இல்லத்திற்கோ எவ்வித தீங்கும் ஏற்படாது.

வாகனங்களில் பயணம் செய்கின்ற போது அருட்காப்பை வாகனத்தைச் சுற்றிலும் இட்டுக் கொண்டால், பயணம் மேற்கொள்ள இருக்கின்ற உறவினர்களுக்கோ, நண்பர்களுக்கோ, அவர்கள் விடை பெறுகின்றபோது அருட்காப்பு இட்டு அனுப்பலாம். ஊருக்கு நலமாக சென்றடைவார்கள்.

தன்னை விட வயதில் மூத்தவர்களாக இருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு மௌனமாக அருட்காப்பு சொல்வது நலம். சிறியவர்களாக இருந்தால் வாய்விட்டு சொல்லி அனுப்பி வைக்கலாம். இன்னும் எத்தனையோ விதங்களில் இந்த அருட்காப்பை மெய்யுணர்வாளர்கள் பயன்படுத்திப் பலன் காணலாம்.

புகழுக்காகவோ, பணத்திற்காகவோ இந்த அருட்காப்பை மற்றவர்க்கு அளிக்கக்கூடாது. உயிர்க்கு உதவியாக, ஒரு கருணை செயலாக, உள்ளம் உவந்து அருட்காப்பிட வேண்டும்.

நன்மை செய்பவர்கள் சோதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். ஏன் என்றால் அவர்கள் மேலும் மேலும் தன்மை தூய்மை வழிப்பாதையில் செயல்பட தன்னை  அனுமதிக்கும் போது, அவர்களிடம் துன்பம் நீங்குவதற்கு இப்படி சோதனைகள் வருகிறது..

துன்பங்கள் குறைய ஆரம்பிக்கின்றன. செய்த  புண்ணியங்கள் மேலோங்குகின்றன.

உண்மை வழி என்பது இயற்கை வழியாகும். அதை கடக்கும் போது ஒருவரின் தூய்மை மிகவும் அவசியமாகிறது.

எப்படி அன்றாடம் காலையில் குளித்துவிட்டு  அன்றைய நாள் வேலைக்குத் தயாராகிறோமோ அவ்வாறே முழுமைப்பேறு அல்லது முக்தி அல்லது ஒருவரின் கர்மவினை தீர தன் அகத்தை தூய்மை செய்தே பெற முடியும்.

தூய்மை, ஒழுக்கம், உண்மை, நேர்மை என்று ஒருவர் கடைபிடிக்க, தன்னலன் கருதாமல், பிறரின் நலன் கருதி செய்யும் செயலிலே இறைவனே விளைவாக நிற்பார்.

இறைவன் அனைவரிடமும் அறிவாற்றலாக, இருப்பாக உள்ளார். அதை உணர உணர உள்ளொளி பூரித்து உண்மை வழிப் பாதை மட்டும் கண்களிலே தெரிய வரும்.

அதன் பாதையில் செல்லும் போது இறைவனே உற்ற துணையாக எல்லாவற்றையும் தீர்க்கும் வல்லமையை கொடுத்து மேலே தூக்கி விடுவார்.

இறைவன் உண்மைக்கு உடன் இருப்பவர்.

அதை அனைவரும் உணர முற்பட்டால் புலன்வழிப் பாதை மறையும் அறிவுப்பாதை திறக்கும்.

கணினி, மடிக்கணினி அலைபேசி ஆகிய  பயன்பாட்டை குறைப்பதும், அறவே விடுவதும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு நன்மை தரும்.

குழந்தைகள் விளையாட அலைபேசியில் Games பதிவிறக்கம் செய்கிறீர்களா?? எவ்வளவு நேரம் அனுமதிக்கிறீர்கள்?
வெளியே ஓடி ஆடி விளையாட  காற்றோட்டமான இடத்தில்  அனுமதிப்பது நல்லது.

ஒருவருக்கு  உதவி செய்யவும்,,  ஒரு பொருளை உருவாக்கவும் அவர்கள் அறிவு, படைப்புத்திறன் கொண்டவையாக, புதிது புதிதாக ஒன்றை உருவாக்க அவர்களது அறிவை ஆக்கவழியில்  செயல்படுத்தத் தூண்ட வேண்டும்.

எந்த பொருளையும், உயிரையும் மதிக்கக் கற்றுக் கொடுக்க வேண்டியது பெற்றோரின்/ ஆசிரியரின் கடமையாகும்.

பெற்றோர்கள்/ ஆசிரியர்கள் பேசுவது, செய்வது, நடந்து கொள்வது அனைத்தையும் குழந்தைகள் கண்காணிக்கிறது.. பெற்றோருடைய குணம்,  பண்பு, பிறருக்கு பெற்றோர் அளிக்கும் மரியாதை..... இவைகள்....  குழந்தைகளின் குணநலன்களிலும் பண்புநலன்களிலும் காண முடியும்.

குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஆரம்ப காலத்திலேயே Junk foods  க்கு பதில் ஆரோக்கிய உணவை வீட்டிலேயே பழக்கி விட்டால் வெளியே எதையுமே நாடமாட்டார்கள்.

பெற்றோர்கள் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் வளர்ப்பில் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தி அவர்கள் உடல்நலன், மனநலனில் அக்கறை கொண்டு சாத்வீக உணவை பழக்கப்படுத்துதல் நல்லது.  கீரை, முளைப்பயிர், பச்சைக் காய்கறி மற்றும் கனிகளில் சத்து முழுமையாகக் கிடைக்கும்.

அது அவர்களின்  எதிர்காலத்திற்கு உடல்நலன், மன அமைதியை கொடுக்கக் கூடியதாகும். சிந்திக்கும் திறனைத் தூண்டும்.

வேலைக்குப் போய் சம்பாதிக்கும் பெற்றோர்கள் சற்றே வீட்டில்  குழந்தைகளிடம் அக்கறை கொண்டு அவர்களுக்கென்று நேரம் ஒதுக்கினால் அவர்கள் மனது மகிழ்ச்சியான சூழலில் வளரும்.

*எதிர்கால சமுதாயம் அமைதிப் பூங்காவாக நறுமணம் வீச, பிள்ளைகளை வளர்க்கும் பெற்றோரிடத்திலும், ஆசிரியர்களிடத்திலும், பொறுப்பும், கடமையும் உள்ளது.*

நீதியையும் அறத்தையும் விரும்பிப் பிறர்க்கும் பயன்படுபவரின் பண்பினை உலகத்தவர் சிறப்பித்துப் பேசுவர்.

அந்த நேரத்தில் மனதை திட சங்கல்பமாக எண்ணத்தை ஒரே நேர்கோட்டில் மனதை வைத்து அதிலேயே  பயணிக்க வேண்டும்.

மனம் ஒடுங்கும் இடமெல்லாம் சீவகாந்தம் குவியும். ஆகவே அது நேர்மறை எண்ணங்களில் மனதை செலுத்த வழிவிடும்.

மனதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தும்.

மனம் அறிவை நாட தியானமும்,  திசை மாறாமல் நேர்பாதையில் பயணிக்க தற்சோதனையும் மிக மிக அவசியம் இக்காலக்கட்டத்தில்.

பதின்ம பருவ வயது மற்றும் அனைத்து வயது  ஆண்/பெண்களுக்கு இந்த மனவளக்கலை யோகக் கல்வி மனதை கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்குள் வைக்கும் ஒரு பொக்கிஷமாகத் திகழும் என்பதில் மாற்றுக் கருத்து ஏதும் இல்லை.
